Scope: Full design & build — regraded drainage, dry-laid flagstone terrace, cedar arbor, and 340 sq ft of native borders.
Timeline: Eight weeks on site, April to June, with one dedicated crew and a posted schedule.
Plants used: Little bluestem, purple coneflower, mountain mint, foxglove beardtongue, serviceberry, and Christmas fern.
